Material supply with application procedure guidance, quantity estimation from drawings or photographs, and support during the first application on site.

Standard configurations are below. Widths, lengths, carton quantities and labelling are configured to order, so a project can be supplied in the size that suits the detail being wrapped rather than in whatever is on the shelf.

Minimum order quantity, lead time and container loading are confirmed per enquiry rather than published, because they depend on the product mix, the roll configuration and whether the packaging is standard or private label. Send the product list and quantity and we will confirm all three in writing with the quotation — we would rather give you a figure we can hold to than a headline number that changes at order stage.
What we issue with an enquiry or shipment
Everything below is in English and most of it is already published on this site, free to download without a form. For vendor registration you can normally assemble a complete pack before contacting us at all.

- Individual technical data sheets — one per product
- Safety data sheets — petrolatum tape, wax tape and wax primer
- Third-party test reports with faithful English transcription, plus the original Chinese report with laboratory stamps on request
- ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates, with the certified scope stated as printed
- Application solutions and installation sequences
- Selected project references with client, period and asset
- Business licence on request
Commercial documents — proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading — are issued per shipment. Tell us at enquiry stage if your import process requires a specific form of any of these, including legalisation or chamber-of-commerce attestation.

One supplier, four material technologies
Petrolatum, viscoelastic, microcrystalline wax and polyolefin tape are normally bought from four different vendors. Qualifying one supplier across all four reduces both administration and single-source exposure on maintenance materials.
