A wax-system primer based on petroleum hydrocarbon compounds, a microcrystalline wax blend, titanium dioxide and rust inhibitors.

Independently measured on the wax tape (report J25C12220188BR, Shenzhen Jinglian Testing, CMA 202219016678 · CNAS L18543 · ILAC-MRA, 3 January 2025), tested to the ASTM / AWWA method set: petroleum wax content 90 % against ≥ 80 % (AWWA C217); drip temperature 75 °C against ≥ 60 °C (ASTM D127); flash point 160 °C (ASTM D92); elongation at break 8 % (ASTM D1000); water absorption 3 % against < 5 % (ASTM D570). Dielectric strength complies with ≥ 170 V/mil (ASTM D149).
