Nanjing Zhuohuang Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer and system supplier of cold-applied corrosion protection materials, founded in 2017.
That technical position determines the product range. Petrolatum, microcrystalline wax and viscoelastic compounds remain plastic for the life of the system, displace moisture from the steel surface and conform to flanges, bolt clusters, weld seams and tank chime edges — the details where conventional coatings fail first. Polyolefin tapes cover the buried pipeline scope. An aluminium foil outer wrap completes the systems on above-ground assets.

Nanjing Zhuohuang Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. owns and operates the brands Zhuohuang, ISIEP and Longwrap. All three belong to the same company and support one industrial corrosion protection portfolio; products are selected by system and application, not by brand.

An application and engineering affiliate under the same management team provides installation and site service for Zhuohuang systems in Jiangsu and the surrounding provinces: Class I specialist contracting (waterproofing, corrosion protection and thermal insulation engineering), Class II general contracting (petrochemical engineering construction), Class II specialist contracting (environmental protection engineering), and Safety Production Licence (Yu) JZ-AXZZ [2024] No. 000173, valid 10 January 2024 to 10 January 2027.
Affiliate: Zhongshi (Henan) Construction Co., Ltd. — Nanjing First Branch. Qualifications are held by the affiliate and apply to construction and installation work in China.

Multiple outer wrap options
PE, PP fibre-reinforced and aluminium foil outer wraps let the outer layer be matched to UV, soil stress and handling risk rather than accepting whatever the primary wrap supplier offers.
Cold-applied installation
No hot work, no curing schedule and no specialist applicator crew. Work can proceed on live plant and inside permit-controlled areas — normally where the cost of corrosion maintenance actually sits.
Reduced surface preparation in maintenance applications
For the petrolatum and wax maintenance systems, St2 mechanical preparation is sufficient in the applications stated on the data sheet — removing blasting, containment and drying time from the critical path where the project specification allows it.
Complex geometry and repairability
Flanges, bolt clusters, valve stems and weld caps are wrapped rather than coated, and the wrap can be cut open, inspected and re-applied locally at the next turnaround.
Competitive procurement cost
Direct manufacture, configurable widths and lengths, OEM and private-label packing, and container-scale supply give a landed cost that supports both project tendering and distributor stock.
Distributor-friendly range
